What are Angel aligners?

Angel aligners are clear custom trays that look a bit like thin sportsguards. They are conveniently removable, so you can enjoy your favourite foods and activities all throughout your orthodontic treatment. They are also anti-reflective for the ultimate discretion.

What sets Angel aligners apart from other clear aligners is its ‘7+3’ dual aligner system. You will spend seven days in an aligner that provides a mild, continuous pressure. Then, you’ll switch to a more sturdy aligner for three days that allows better control over minute tooth movements.

How do Angel Aligners work?

We will use our state-of-the-art 3D scanner to design a series of Angel aligners – each shaped slightly different than the last. When you switch to a new set of aligners, the different shape will slowly guide your teeth toward optimum alignment.

Since you can switch aligners from home, we won’t need to see you very often at our practice. In fact, you can even check in with us remotely through the Dental Monitoring app so we can track your treatment progress.
